Shipping

Normally, delivery time will be approximately 2 days for Spain and 5-7 days for other destinations (working days). We do not serve orders to PO boxes. Foods and Drinks from Spain, S.L. will not be liable for non-delivery or delay if misdirected packages caused by the client. In case of forwarding of goods, the supplement to be applied shall be equal to what the transit agency bills us.

To ensure better delivery service during the Christmas Holiday season, Foods and Drinks from Spain, S.L. advises its customers to place their orders before December 15thFoods and Drinks from Spain, S.L. cannot guarantee the delivery of goods before December 24th for orders received after December 15th.

Returns

All purchases have a guaranteed return policy, lasting 5 working days from receipt of your order. We recommend that you open your order upon delivery and check to make sure that everything is compliant and products have not been deteriorated in any way. Should your package arrive in noticeably deteriorated conditions and with humidity, we recommend you do not accept it. Simply indicate this circumstance in the delivery note and we will contact us as soon as possible.

  • Returns due to change of mind: If you decide to return the order because you've changed your mind, we won’t ask for any explanations, you just have to cover charges for the return postage. You must return the order, with all products in perfect condition, and in their original containers and packaging.
  • Returns due to defective/mistaken or damaged goods: We are very sorry if, for any reason, a product is damaged during shipment or if there were any mistakes in its packaging. Please notify us of this circumstance, should it arrive, and we will refund the full amount or send you a new package free of charge, after looking into the problem.
